Arrow launches guide for lighting class LEDs and complementary technologies

Lighting Selection Guide covers LEDs, drivers, controls and optics

Arrow is supporting its increased European focus on lighting class LED technologies with the launch of a dedicated guide for engineers and purchasers. Providing comprehensive information on LEDs and supporting technologies, the Arrow Lighting Selection Guide is targeted at OEMs seeking LED-based alternatives to conventional incandescent, halogen and fluorescent lighting.

The guide incorporates technical information for a wide range of high brightness (HB) LEDs from Avago Technologies, Cree, Everlight, OSRAM and Sharp. LED modules and non-visible light devices are also covered, as are LED drivers and controllers from a number of leading semiconductor manufacturers. Arrow's range of secondary optic solutions from specialist Fraen is also featured.

Designed as an essential reference, the Selection Guide also provides a glossary of key terminology and an overview of Arrow's capabilities for delivering complete HB-LED solutions from concept through to production.
